Mother Fit - Fitness, yoga, gymnastics, workouts and exercises designed for pregnant women by a yoga teacher and a professional midwife.
Each trimester has its own set of exercises.
The first trimester also contains special exercises for use through the 8th week of pregnancy.
Every trimester has multi-purpose workouts:
• General exercises, 10, 15, 30 minutes
• Preparation for childbirth - pelvic floor workout with light stretching, 10, 15 and 30 minutes
• Back support
• Muscle strengthening
• Anti-swelling exercises
• Deep breathing exercise (Pranayama)
• Eye exercises
• Hand exercises to improve neuroconnections.
